Gap in thigh pain
Hi Gamed yet again.
So new problem I have no thigh gap and my inner thighs rub causing pain. Normally people would say lose weight but I'm healthy as a horse I don't think I can have a thigh gap because of muscle. So I was wondering if there was a way to stop pain. During my 5mi runs it isn't impossible to bear but it does hurt. BUT recently I ran a 15k race 38th place out of 7,000 :) anyway during the race pain was unbearable so I need some way that I can work around this besides powder which doesn't work 100% Got any remedies? Type of underwear? Products/powders? etc. |

I have had pain in the back of my thigh just above the knee for about a month I have tried heat, ice, over the counter pain medication, and I also wrapped it up in and ace bandage. But nothing seems to help ?
