    Hello I'm 21 one years old... n um 54 kg. my hight is 5.4
    Hello I`m 21 years old. And my height is 5.4"... and my weight is around 54 kg. but the problem is that I look like too fatty and my skin type is kind of loos. Because of that I look like more than 60 kg.. So what should I do to lose my weight? Please rep me soon...

    I don't think you need to lose weight, u just need to tone up since you said your skin is loose. Do stretches, it helps. Try doing some yoga too
