You hire an attorney, the attorney will write up the adoptoin paper work, the attorney will contact the bio father and get him to sign a release to allow for the adoption. Most bio fathers are glad to do this, since they no longer have to pay child support once the adoption takes place |

This is a frequently asked question. Since I do not recommend going through an adoption without an attorney, the answer is simply to hire an attorney. The attorney will explain what has to be done to terminate the bio father's rights to clear the way for the adoption.
