Take a little wine for your stomach's sake.
Wine in moderation (one glass per night) is good for your heart.

It hasn't helped your grammar either... "hadn't"? Should be "hasn't"...
As for the wine, alcohol is alcohol.
Whether it's beer, hard liquor, wine, it's alcohol. The normal person can consume 1 oz of alcohol per hour without passing out, or having the natural body functions impaired... that's all; any more within one hour cannot be handled by the normal human body.
Keep drinking the stuff to improve your memory, and if it continues to such a certain extent, one will begin lose their memory! Ask any alcoholic.
Best of luck,
fredg

Wine isn't good for my short-term memory. In fact, too much of it makes me pass out. :D
Moderate amount of wine is good for blood circulation, and digesting red meat.

Wine

I don't drink, so all wine tastes the same to me. However, I do cook with it. IF a cake recipe calls for sherry or brandy, which of the following would be the closest to it. Cabernet sauvegon, burgundy, chadonnay, marsala, maderia. I have all these but not sherry or brandy.
Red wine storage

Red wine. Some people after opening it store it for long periods. I have opened a bottle of wine but there is no way I am going to drink it all at once. Some places say it stays good in the fridge for only 3 or 5 days. Then I here it is better to serve it at room temperature. My questions, how long...
Cooking with wine

Hello,
Does anyone know why when cooking with wine my sauce comes out bitter. Is it because I didn't cook long enough?
