She's likely to be scamming you. If she asks for money, it's a scam.

So you don't send her any money, you arrange to meet her in person by you traveling to Ghana ( nice spot I have traveled there several times)

No you will not find out if she is a real person or not, and even if they are, scammers often pay young girls for their passport copies or grandma is the one actually doing the online chats using their family members photos or photos taken off line of just from local people they pay a few bucks to.

This dating is a big business there are buidlings like offices with dozens of people 24 hours a day emailing 1000's of people a day, Often you may not even be emailing the same person. But they follow a script.

If they ask for money it is a scam. If they try to tell you visa and passport is more than 330 dollars it is a scam, If they say they need to pay anything else it is a scam.
