My central air conditioner fan won't turn but it sounds like it on
My central air conditioner fan won't turn but it sounds like its on. My ac wasn't making my home cool anymore so I decided to go outside to look at the ac.then I discovered that the fan wasn't spinning but it was making some noice like if it was on or working. So I decided to do little research and I took of the capacitor and saw it wasn't bolging at all but decided to take it to tristate supply to get it checked out and they did but its fine so he told me it might be the motor. But it seems like its very difficult to take it out and there are lots of wires I'm not sure if I put a wire in the wrong place I might make it worse. I tried to spin the fan with my hand but its very hard. What do you think the problem is would it be the motor or what other thing might it be.
