I personally used an online ovulation calender to help conceive (google those, there are tons). I don't think I'm the majority because I got pregnant on the 1st try and from what I understand many couples take about 6mo-1yr to get a pos result. I looked at the full week I was supposed to ovulate and had sex every day that week, I made sure I kept my hips elevated afterwards too and I didn't get up for at least 20 min afterwards (don't know if that had anything to do with it or not). Only thing is I'm having a girl and I know you said you wanted a boy. I really have no idea if having sex everyday helped with the gender or not (I didn't care what the gender was). Good luck, I hope you get a BFP!
