    Thank them for the opportunity to bid the project.

    Give a BRIEF (one paragraph) history of your company and what you specialize in.

    Include the specifications that they gave you for the job.

    Give them your price and your terms.

    Thank them again and that you 'hope to be chosen' for the job.
