    I want to claim my back child support
    I just turned 42 yrs old, and I was trying to help my mom and I, to claim what owed to us from my father, who is a veteran. And had never paid child support

    Was there a child support order in place when you were a minor? If not, it is too late for your mother to now claim child support. And you can not; it's something your mother would have to have done in any case.
