    Why,

If she is remarried and if her new husband wants to adopt you can, when their attorney contacts you with the adoption paper work. You can not for any other reasons.

If you just don't want contact with the child, then just don't contact you are not required to use your rights.

Where are you? Country and/or State?

You can't "sign over" your rights unless someone else is willing and able to adopt the child. Do you pay child support?

If the mother won't let you see the child go to Court and ask for Court-ordered visitation.

Quite frankly, you have to grow a pair and stand up to the mother.

So want. What makes you think you can?

If you want to see your child fight for him.

And, even if you could, what do you imagine that would accomplish?
