I received a praecipe for entry of default judgment for an appealled credit card judgment, back in June a responded to a 10 day notice of intent to take default . I sent a letter of intend to defend the case to the prothonotary I called and they said they received it and it was on file. I didn't hear or receive anything until today I got this notice, what do a do now.
