Honeywell chronotherm I've plus not running cool
I have a honeywell chronotherm I've plus which is not turning the cooling or heating on. I just replaced the batteries and reset the filter and time. Am I missing something? The battery change and filter flashing signals are gone.

If the AC does not kick in, could it be a thermostat problem? I ask because even when the System is set to 'Off' and the fan is set to 'On' the AC unit is not kicking in. Thanks.
