I had my internet provider service technican at my home this morning, as I was having trouble connecting to the internet. He replaced the modem and now I cannot connect my wireless devices to the internet. I have a DLINK router model
Wbr-2310. s/n f3321-78003640. When I called back to my internet provider they informed me that I might have to reset my router settings. Is this correct.

    Thank you
    Barry

    At the command Prompt, Type:
    Ipconfig/all
If you can get into your router, don't reset it, just go into wireless settings and set up.
You can go to sites like routerpasswords.com and find the default password, if your manual is not handy, lost?
