    24 Volt max
    .3-.8amp.

    Where can I order this part from?

    That number is not listed for a thermostat. I have never been able to find a new cover for a thermostat but you might be able to find a whole used thermostat on eBay with the proper model number and brand name and take the cover off it. Good luck.
