    Can I have L1 B & H4 at the same time?
I have a valid L1 B from my company for the next three years. I do not have an immediate project to travel to the US. I want to apply for H4 so that I can join my husband. I would like to know if applying for H4 leads to my L1 B cancelation either at the US consulate or at the immigration at the airport. Kindly let me know how I can keep my L1 B safe and valid without any cancelation and get my H4 visa as well. Also please letme know how I can change my status from H4 to L1 B once I am in the US and if managed to get a project from my company.
