    UK felony to the US
    My Dad wants to come to the US but he has a felony for having a gun in possession back in 2005. He did 3 months jail time for the felony. My Dad now in not sure if he could come to the US to live or just to visit me and my mom. I have not seen my Dad in 4 years now... Please help me

    I doubt he can get into the US - the person to ask is an Immigration Attorney who has all the facts.
