My "damn problem" is seeing people ask about very sick pets on the Internet when they should be heading to the vet, like yesterday. Let us know if you get her to the vet and she survives.

A simple exam won't cost $600. Euthanizing her wouldn't even cost that much. Where do you live? There are no choices for vets?

How would you get there? You have no car.
They'd get care in the ER because my tax dollars are paying for that.

You didn't write me. I'm the only one who has responded so far. I have kids and I have had many rescued animals that I take to the vet when they are sick. When an animal (or child) is doing what your dog is doing (and not doing), it's time for medical intervention. Pedialyte would be only a stop-gap measure until you can get to a vet.
Maybe a dog expert will respond and give you some hope. I don't have any based on your description.

Small amounts of cooked chicken (no skin or fat or bones) and rice would be good. Not sure about ground beef.

Eating is not as much as a concern as drinking

Eating is a concern, without eating she will grow weaker her body needs nourishment.
Also a concern because there is a reason for not eating and drinking, I doubt you will be able to figure that problem out on your own.
Your best intentions to help her yourself could do great harm without getting to the root of the problem you efforts may be in vain.
Please don't argue with the only person that was on line that took the time to offer you an answer.
She actually offered you the best available answer and that was to get her to the vet.
That is an answer that I totally agree with.
Bottom line is this, your dog is not eating or drinking for two days, she has only laid around for this time. That's not a lot to go on, but even with much more information your answer would likely be the same.
Dogs do not just stop eating and drinking, something is going on and without finding out what the underlying cause is and treating it you will not likely turn her around on your own.
You can try pedialyte in order to help with hydration.
As also stated by WG, boiled chicken with rice, no skin, no bones, no fat, no seasoning.
But if she is vomiting all this may be pointless, if she can't keep it down it will do no good.
There are many things that could make your dog do act this way.
Parvo, intestinal obstruction, parasites, getting into something toxic, the list goes on and on.
I also take offense to your statement that you paid $600 and the vet killed your dog.
Don't know what happened but I doubt the vet intentionally killed your dog, that is just not what they do. It is not a profession that is without mistakes, and there are many times that a pet for whatever reason doesn't respond to treatment despite the vets best efforts.
So unless your vet intentionally did your dog harm you can't say that.
AND if that is your feeling about that vet, the solution is simple take this dog to a DIFFERENT vet.
If you can't treat consider rehoming the dog or euthanizing, unless you can stand by and watch her suffer.
Edit: Do you mind if I ask what was wrong with the other dog, the one that passed away?
What was he diagnosed with?

Dog won't eat or drink
[ 1 Answers ]
My two year old Fox terrier refuses to eat or drink. I took him to the vet yesterday and had xray's and bloodwork done on him to check for a vuirus or blockage in his stomach, but both came back as negative. However, he still refuses to eat or drink. He remains active and energetic. Any ideas,...
