    How do you get custody of your brother
    Hello I'm a 25 year old female with 3 children and my husband is in the military. My aunt currently takes care of my brother but she's not doing right by him so I want to step in. What are the proper steps?

    File a petition on your local Family court to gain guardianship. Why does your aunt have him instead of parents?
