    No that will not disable your child in any way. Blood type can't cause disabilities, however if the mother is rh- and gives birth to multiple rh+ children, there is a chance of Hemolytic Disease of the Newborn, but that doesn't apply to you. I'm not a doctor, but that was the answer my nurse sister gave me.
