    I really need help...
I am going into my senior year, it's in the middle of summer. I have absolutely no motivation to go out and run and lift. I have cross country preseason with the actual season in the fall. I'm a captain for that team, and will most likely be one of the captains for the indoor and outdoor track teams at my school as well. I earned MVP for cross country last year, my first year, and I will be one of the best on the track team this year. My problem is; I have no motivation to get ahead of the game. I want this to be my best year, and I want to score at a state meet like my friends. How do I get motivation to train so I can be the best?

Also, this girl I'm in a casual relationship with is very fit, and I'm not too far off. But I want to be in top shape for her in addition to my team.
