Ask your parents to make an appointment with your doctor. If you're eating well, healthy, and exercising, but not maintaining a healthy weight (120 pounds at 13 isn't really unhealthy unless your 3 feet high), then there may be something else going on, like a thyroid condition, etc.

Realize that your height, age, metabolism, etc. have a lot to do with your weight. You may feel fat, but at 13, and 120 pounds, you sound on track to me.

Let your doctor decide if you're at a healthy weight. It's not a good idea to diet at your age unless your doctor agrees that you should lose some weight.
