Vent pipes

The snow storm we just had ripped my vent pipe for a powder room with toilet and sink, about 1/4 inch above the elbow where it comes out of the house, The pipe went up above the bedroom roof. Do I have to replace this or can I leave it the way it is.

Vent pipe leaking above my bathroom. When I opened the ceiling found that none of the pipes were glued. Glued them, but had a hard time fitting them because they weren't level with each other. The leak is still ocurring at a Y joint. Is there any caulking or anything else that can be applied...

Frozen vent pipes
