    Vent Pipes !
I have two vents coming off a sewer line that is spaced 4 feet apart. Can I connect these together and just run 1 pipe? Trying to install a larger window.

As Tom said, yes, but keep slope and connect them together at a minimum of 42" off the finish floor, OK? This is a basic code requirement for venting.
