    Hot water cold water issues
Hi ,we live in a 10 year old split style Ranch House in Wisconsin.
The problem is constant and is is not affected by ambient temps.
The problem is the two bathrooms are on opposite sides of the House and when someone like me is in either shower and someone like my wife turns on water or flushes a toilet anywhere in the house my shower turns ice cold for about one minute. Help...

On another note the pipes in this house are spooky noisy. A Lot of knocking and popping in the walls behind the sink and toilet. This noise can also occur some time after the toilet was flushed or the water was run in the sink. It is worse when the hot water is run in the west side bathroom. One of the two bathrooms , the west seems to be worse than the other.
    What the Heck ?
