Blood flow to 2nd degree burn on top of foot
I burnt the top of my foot 7 days ago with hot canola oil .

I went to my doctor on the 3rd day and he said it looked great .

The 5th 6th 7th day I have not been able to stand up , my foot feel just fine and looks great but when I stand up the blood rushes rapidly to my entire foot . The foot swells up instantly, turns purple and is a level 10 pain . I then have to elevate my foot and it goes back to normal .

Is this a common occurrence ?
    What should I do ?
I will call my normal care provider but I need a second opinion .

    Thank you
    Steve

You need to get that looked at. This is not normal and is indicating that there is something more than normal healing going on.
