    Child support
    My son dropped out of high school and he's 18years old do I still have to pay child support till 21

    What does your child support order specify... and what state does he live in?

    If you don't know what your order specifies, find out. But inNY support continues to 21.

    I am from NY and my mother got child support for us and it stopped at 18yrs... she called and questioned why and they said it was 18 unless the child was in college then it was 21. Maybe it changed since that was about 10 yrs ago.

    Yes, the law did change not too long ago. If you turned 18 10 yrs ago, then the support order was written more than 10 years ago. But the current law is 21:
