    Respond to atty motion for charging lien and money judgment
    What do I need to file in response to a motion for charging lien and money judgment.
    A hearing has been set. Can I ask for continuance due to the fact I live approximately 11 hours away. This is a Florida case. Can I file a hardship or motion to dismiss etc.

    We need more details about the history of the case. You can ask that the hearing be rescheduled.
