    Could you explain why the unlimited liability is a tremendous advantage of a stasrting a partnership

    Unlimited liability is a disadvantage when starting a partnership. One parter could be held responsible for the actions of another parter. The partner's losses could also extend beyond their investment in the partnership and reach into their personal finances.
