    Puttlng in a new bathrppm on third floor have two second floor baths can I tie in
    Third floor new bath next to two bath a floor below can I tie into extising stack

    No! That stack's a vent stack. You may connect to the 2nd. Floor drain and wet vent, (see image) the new bath, Good luck, Tom
