    I am being evicted because my employer do not pay me
    I work for a company for the last week in February ,March& April 2012 they refus to pay me and threaten to sue me if I report them . Now I will be evicted because of unpaid rent. Whan can I do

    Find a new place to live and work... Your landlord is entitled to their money... problems at your employer is not their concern...

    I would look for new work and sue your employer in small claims court for the money owed for back pay..

    Contact the Dept of Labor about unpaid wages.

    It is not your landlord's concern why you can't pay.
