I want to track or monitor a phone conversation of my wife where by whatever they discourse I will also here them, please how possible can that be? I will appreciate your quick responds. Thanks

As long as she is aware of it, and as long as the party she is talking to is aware of it, they would be ways to record.

And of course if they dial you in with a three way call you can hear and talk with them
