    Regarding Prorating Semi Monthly Pay
From what I read online , semi monthly pay has a 86.66 hrs for each pay period.

So for ex, if an employee's monthly salary is 4000 and worked from June 1st to 13rd then take personal leave from 14th to 15th, there are 9 working days during the 1st to 13rd. The payroll calculation should be 2000/86.66 * 72 hrs or 13/15 *2000 ?

If it was the first calculation, wouldn't it be 2000/86.66 * 88 hours if he didn't take the leave and his pay would exceed 2000?
