    If my ex has stock and I'm on it with him is it mine an his or just his
    My ex had put me on his stock an I've told him to have me taken off an still one year later I'm still on. Now is it mine and his or just his?

    What do you mean by "had put me on his stock?" Do you mean that there are stock certificates that list both of you as joint owners? Or is this an account at a brokerage that is jointly owned? Also - what does your divorce decree say about this stock?
