    Office cleaning
    I started a cleaning service but I mostly focused on houses I do really well, however I was asked if I do OFFICES of course I said "yes". I have never cleaned offices before but I'm aware of what is to be done. MY QUESTION IS: do you need a license to do office cleaning I'm licensed in the state of Florida through through SUNBIZ.ORG but that's it... please help asap... ANYONE

    Do you need a special license to do office cleaning business
    I am licensed in Florida under sunbiz.org as a cleaning service but I'm not sure if its for offices as well or am I restricted to the type of cleans I can perform... Also how do I go about getting insured?. please help asap

    If this is a local license I would assume that it is OK however it is simple to check.

    The main thing is that you have liability insurance and that you are incorporated to protect yourself and your clients.

    By the way commercial cleaning in billed monthly for the most part.
