    Are marriage between kapu and kamma considered as intercaste
    Actually I have the same problem.. I am kamma and he his kapu , my parents are saying its different caste and inter-caste marriage is not allowed at any cost... so can anyone explain me how they are different... and help us out...

    Kamma and kapu both belong to Sudhra Varna,even Veda's are not objecting
    I don't know how your parent's can object.So there is no base in this at all from any angle.

    But that is not the point here.

    If you can live without him.forget Him.(Because you can always be safe with parent's)
    If you cannot.. anyways you don't have any option.

    If you cannot live without your parent's,you have to forget him and move on.
    Don't waste your time.
