    My Payne Central Air is a Pain
    My central airblows out air like a small fan, I don't know what to do, the fan on the outside unit isn't spinning , is it something I can fix or do I need a repairman, I been in this house 3yrs. The hvac guy said it was good but now, omg, its hott, help

I replaced the capacitor today on our payne ac unit. This got the fan back running properly however the compressor doesn't seem to be engaged since the warm air is coming in still. Circuit Breakers are checked and OK. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
