    Southern butterfly parts list
    I need to find out how to replace the tilt mechanism on my umbrella. The cheap part snapped in the wind.

    Southern Patio sold off the umbrella division to another company "Southern Leisure" their customer service # is 1-855-880-7205. I too need a new crank hanlde, clearly with so many people looking for this part, it was not manufactured to the standards it should have been.
