Can my friend be sponsored without a visa?
My friend is 14, turning 15 in 3 months. Her mom was here on her student visa and she is here on her dependent.Her mom will be going back to India in a few weeks and she is trying to finish her high school here. Her aunt who lives in Florida wants to sponsor her, what all does she need to do to sponsor her and is it possible in this short amount of time? Please help.
