    No he wants me to send him a care package with things to eat also boxer shorts and white tee shirts| he asked for a cellphone so he could call me but I told him I could not afford one! He Said he is originally from the stste of Florida but I have my suspicions

    Yes I met him online but he hasn't ever asked for money just a cellphone food to eat and boxer shorts and white tt shirts!
