    I need advice on dealing with Stress
    Hi there, I am always surrounded by tense moments and was looking for ways to deal with it. I have tried many things but nothing seems to be working and it is just getting out of hand.

    But personally walking or taking a jog. I also for years have worked out stress by using a punching bag, I do bag work every day.
