Paternity action time limitation- Los angeles
I filed my paternity action in the LA Superior Court in early 2007 and still do not have a judgment, though we have been to court many times. I recall there is a statute that states a paternity action must be finalized within five years. Is there a lawyer who can give me this statute number and tell me what happens when time runs out? Thank you!

This this is very simple, you name the person, get a DNA test and they are declared the father, what is causing the issue, why after several court dates there has been no order
