    Dream or seizure?
So I guess I should start from the beginning... about a year ago I began stuttering and jerking my right arm and the left eye uncontrollably (they're not twitches... that's too suttle of a description). The doctor thought it was maybe myclonic seizures or stress so I got a MRI and EKG both of which were inconclusive. Then the symptoms kind of went away so I just ignored them and discounted it as a stress reaction. But, they've been coming back slowly and I just don't feel right if you know what I mean. It's like auras have been described to me except when my body goes to jerk I feel like I should be having a seizure but am blocking it out. <-- That's kind of a bad description of it but it's the only way I can put the feeling into words... it's so strange it's like I'm going to just collapse but I'm fighting against it. I also have occasional headaches which just kind of either hit me out of no where or feel like a vice grip on my brain.

So now for the real question. The other night I had a dream that I had a seizure. I was wondering if it's possible that I'm seizing in my sleep? I don't live with anyone so no one would notice if I was. I know it's kind of stupid to think because most people don't remember seizures, but I only remember the "aura like feeling" and the first few convulsions.

    Thanks anyone who answers!
