    How can I get my hair light enough to dye it a light colour?
    I did have dark red hair but then I went to the dead see and it stripped the some of the colour out so now my fringe is red but the rest of my hair is not, I want to fix it and dye it a lighter red, I know I will have to strip the colour out, should I use colour remover or bleech? And is it a good idea to do it myself, I have dyed my hair heaps of times and there was never a problem, what do you think? And yes I am going to consult a hair dresser and I don't have much money, I have a lot of bills to pay
