    2000 honda accord won't turn over but radio and lights work
    My 2000 Honda Accord won't start. The engine won't even turn over. I just hear a single click. The radio still works though. Might that be a bad starter or something else? How much should I look at spending at the dealership tomorrow morning?

    Remove and fully charge, or replace, the battery. Most auto parts stores will test and charge batteries for free.
