    How to remove working offline in internet explorer
    It happens almost every time I change sites... "you are working OFFLINE"... I have to go to tools to check it off. How can I permanently shut it down?

    If you have any dial up connections defined in your internet options, you should delete them.

    Look in File > Work Offline and UNcheck it
