Hey Izzy, as long as he doesn't express or act on his 'crush' just chill out and be friends with him. And most importantly don't lead him on.

In that case, its better that you find some way to convey that you've got a crush on another guy! When you are together, just in some fun way pass an offhand comment on how you have a crush on this guy, and just jump to some other topic.
Make sure you just "drop" this information. And don't dwell on the subject.

Izzy, how old are both of you and what grade(s) in school? I am trying to decide what advice would be age and situation appropriate.

Izzy, be very blunt and tell him that you don't share his feelings. Let him know that if he starts bothering you by trying to 'prove' his love, you will get your parents and teachers involved.
I think you should tell an adult you trust what is going on so that someone knows what to watch out for if he does continue his current behavior.
Until he shows that he can behave, try to stay away from him as much as you can. He may not like it and it may feel like you are hurting him, but you are giving him time to get over his crush on you. It also encourages him to make other friends and not pay so much attention to you.
