    Add my name on my husband deed
    I live in Philadelphia, PA and married for about 3 years. I want to add my name on my husband deed (he wanted me to do that too). How do we do it?

    Your husband needs to prepare a deed from himself, as seller, to the two of you, as buyers. Then it has to be recorded.

    The best way to do this is to go to a title company or attorney in your area and have them handle it for you. It isn't expensive and this way you'll know that it's been done the right way.
