    Can u keep main breaker of an electrical panel in a washroom
    Hi there.. I have finished basement where an electrical panel is in the washroom.now we come to now that we have to relocate the panel can we do it?? and still can we keep the main breaker in the washroom??

    If your washroom can be considered a bathroom, no, panel cannot be installed in a bathroom.

    According the National Electric Code, the definition of a bathroom is as follows:

    Bathroom. An area including a basin with one or more of the following: a toilet, a tub, or a shower.
