    Can I upload files containing text matter ( no audio, video, photo) on my website at
    I travel to a place where there is no broadband. I have a device offering 155 kbps speed. Can I upload files containing text ( no pictures, videos) at that 155 kbps browsing speed which may deliver 40-60 kbps upload speed at maximum. MY QUESTION- CAN I UPLOAD AT 40-60 kbps.

    Yes, but it will take CONSIDERABLY longer than on a broadband connection.
