1953 5 dollar red seal note
I have a 1953 Red seal note that I would like to know how much it is worth. It is a circulated bill, and it is in fair condition ( not too many wrinkles, but the corners are rounded just a bit) The serial number is... C 42950236 A the treasurer is Elizabeth Smith and the secretary of treasury is C. Douglas Dillon
I have taken pictures of this bill if anyone can answer me I will gladly send the pictures to you via email just make sure you include your email address with your reply... I am not sure what all I can say about this bill only because I do not know much about currency and whatnot.. I got this bill one day while at work and traded it so no one else could grab it before I could. I have a 3 year old child and would like to know if I should use it or save it for her in a protector... any help at all would be helpful |
