    Violation at end of term!
    Hello,
I am at the end of a 3yr term of probation that was originally from a DWI. I'm from western New York. Back in August of 06' I had a dirty urine for cocaine. My PO let me slide by having me go to outpatient rehab. It is now February of 07 and I have only a couple groups left in order to complete the treatment. My PO wants it done or else she will send in a violation. The probation term expires on 3-01-07. Well here's the problem, I recently had a relapse and was caught with dirty urine(cocaine again) in the outpatient clinic. So by their terms, they may have to issue me another month of treatment. Now my PO also said she was going to call the clinic to see how everything is going. She said that today. Well, she is in for a surprise. I am almost 100% sure that she is going violate me. What do you think the court will do if I am violated for this? Even if I complete the remaining treatment before the alleged court date? I will be prepared of court with the treatement completion form. Will they just let me slide on consideration that it was a minor relapse? I have been clean for all these months leading up to this so I hope they will understand that it was only a relapse. I'm back on track now. I would deeply appreciate any response to this.
    Thank you,
    Brian

Two dirty tests in less than a year, one a couple months before the end of your probation. And just using knowing you are going to be tested.

You asked to be sent back, and honestly most likely he will. Just nothing to say, you knew it when you did it, you played and now it is time to pay.

And of course everyone is a choir boy whenthey are caught, but alitle late now

I would pack the toothbrush when you see the PO next time
